Last updated September 2026. This notice explains what hunbot.ai collects, why, and the choices you have.
hunbot.ai is operated by Deskflix Inc., operating as HUN, 200-140 Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario M5C 1X6. HUN is an independent Canadian operator of robotic coffee and ice cream machines and is responsible for the personal information described here.
The location assessment asks for daily cups, price and rent. These figures stay in your browser for that visit only and are not sent to us unless you go on to request a review.
The location review form asks for your name, company, email, city, location status, timeline and estimated foot traffic, plus the assessment result if you completed it.
The operator waitlist asks for your name, email, company, city, where you are in your plans, and when you would like us to reconnect.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell personal information.
We use your details to reply to you, understand whether a location is a good fit, prioritize follow-ups, and, if you joined the waitlist, send updates. We use them for nothing else without asking you first.
You give consent when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; we'll stop contacting you and delete your details unless the law requires us to keep them.
Form submissions reach us by email through Microsoft 365. If we add a form-handling service, we'll name it in this notice before it goes live. These providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
We keep lead and waitlist details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll respond within 30 days.
Access to submissions is limited to the HUN team members who need it to respond to you.
Questions or requests go to Chee Lam, Head of Canada, at hello@hunbot.ai. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
